Persimmon 'Early Fuyu' (Diospyros spp.)

This Asian persimmon has a very attractive form as well as producing very well in the PNW due to it's earlier ripening. The fruit is bright orange, sweet, flavorful and can be eaten when firm like an apple or let soften further and it becomes even sweeter.
